Before the sun has a chance to rise and before some of us even have our eyes open Crescent Services has already been hard at work. Crescent services is in the building next door to Accu-Cut here in Tavares Florida and handle the parts and service for all of the Accu-Cut machines out there in the field. We have to admire the crew that works out in the warehouse, if you could ever see how much time and the extreme amount hard work they put in to make sure your machine is top notch we think you would be very impressed. The men and women, who artistically refurbish our machines, take their time to insure that the machine leaves only after it is refurbished to look and run perfect.
Mark Mellen heads up Crescent services and has been committed to helping Accu-Cut owners all over the world for over 15 years. He takes pride in every machine and every customer’s needs. Standing aside him is Robbie Miller who oversees everyday projects and also attends trade shows reassuring clients that all their questions will be answered and can work through any troubleshooting needs that you may have. I have personally seen him work his magic many times over the phone. This goes to show that when someone loves what they do, it can be done almost effortlessly and that’s definitely talent.
The Ladies of the office are very kind and want to make sure that all your needs are met. Whether big or small, they pay close attention to detail. Leah Ann Howell has been a part of the brand for over 10 years. She is at the heart of Crescent Services assisting from basic troubleshooting to billing and parts order requests. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her client’s wishes. Jessica Booth who’s smile adds to the happy atmosphere coordinates all of our technicians appointments and makes sure that they have all the parts they need. She also ships out parts and enjoys helping out in other ways if they are needed. She is a great addition to the already established team. Crescent Services treats all the employees like family and they are the definition of team players.
To back up all of the hard work they already do they offer peace of mind to their growing clients. They offer a program called the preventative maintenance plan. The "PM Plan" is a tune up plan that many Accu-Cut customers enjoy year after year. The cost of the PM plan is $329 per visit and is not due until after the PM has been completed. Some of our customers will have us do a PM every 6 months on their machine, some of our customers will have a PM performed once a year, and some of our customers will only have a PM when they feel it is needed. Crescent Services employs 3 on the road technicians that travel the country performing these PM visits. This plan prevents future repairs and also ensures that any new employees that you may have in the warehouse learn about the features of the machine..
